As a Social Media Coordinator, you will oversee social media marketing and campaigns for multiple clients and clients with multiple locations. These campaigns include but are not limited to: research, design, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. You will also be directly responsible for managing the online image and presence of clients on various social media platforms.

  • Be a team player who is willing to pitch in to get the job done when necessary
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter, and TikTok
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute results-driven social media strategy for our clients.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms
  • Assist in content coordination and creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with customers and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Set goals and monthly KPI’s
  • Review analytics and create reports on KPI metrics
  • Perform Hashtag Research and Optimal Post times

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience with social media marketing or content development
  • Direct experience using social media management tools, we use Sprout Social
  • Experience with digital media editing tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, InDesign, etc
